| Scholarships & Financial Aid Financial Aid: Financial assistance is available for all students K-3 through 9th grade. Financial aid is given on a year-to-year basis. It is awarded on a first-come, first- serve, need basis. To apply, you must complete a Financial Assistance Application and provide a copy of your current income tax return. Financial Aid Stipulations: 1. Parents/guardians who receive financial aid must agree to a minimum of 20 hours of service per year to the academy. Required hours of service can be accomplished through a variety of ways including, but not limited to: a. Grounds maintenance b. Fundraising assistance c. Event assistance (Muffins with Mom, Grandparents’ Day, etc.) d. Chapel assistance e. Building maintenance 2. Parents/guardians who receive financial aid must attend at least ¾ of PTO meetings. 3. A student receiving financial aid must maintain a “C” average. 4. A student receiving financial aid must display exemplary behavior. 5. The parents/guardians receiving financial aid must not fall behind on tuition payments. Scholarships: A small number of students will receive scholarships each year. Scholarships vary from $1,000 to full scholarships. They are granted on the basis of character, contribution to the academy, academics, and parents/guardians needs. These scholarships are not applied for and are granted at the discretion and intitiative of the Board and Administration. |
